Ayelet Bisson is the Founder of Evolve Financial Services and a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and families build wealth, confidence, and lasting financial freedom.
Finance has been part of Ayelet’s life since childhood. Raised in a home centered around money and numbers, with a father who was a financial advisor, she developed an early and natural fascination with how money works, moves, and grows.

Her career spans trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, serving as a Senior Financial Advisor at Bank Leumi, and successfully running her own financial firm for over two decades. Throughout her career, Ayelet has worked closely with high-level investment and insurance companies, gaining deep insight into both traditional finance and long-term wealth strategies.

What sets Ayelet apart is her integrated approach. Since 2018, she has combined her financial expertise with mindset work, drawing on her training as a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. She helps clients understand not only how to manage money, budgeting, planning, and investing, but also why their beliefs, self-worth, and mindset around money play a critical role in their financial outcomes.

In addition to serving clients, Ayelet is passionate about building and mentoring the next generation of financial professionals. Through Evolve Financial Services, she recruits, trains, and supports agents, providing them with the tools, education, mindset coaching, and real-world experience needed to grow successful, ethical, and fulfilling careers in the financial industry.

Ayelet believes true financial transformation begins in the mind. Her work supports both clients and agents in shifting from scarcity to abundance, from confusion to clarity, and from hesitation to confident decision-making, while still enjoying life along the way.
